Project Overview <\/strong><\/p>\n

Pact is recruiting for a Capacity Development (CD) Manager for a one-year project based in Pretoria, South Africa – New Partnership Initiative (NPI) \u2013 Global Health, COVID-19 program, which will support interventions that will build upon and expand USAID\u2019s efforts to leverage the roles of communities to strengthen and adapt existing community health platforms to support national policies and implementation plans for COVID-19 preparedness and response (non-pharmaceutical interventions) and continuity of existing primary healthcare services based on national guidelines and needs\/priorities to create lasting structures for future response.<\/p>\n

Position Purpose<\/strong><\/p>\n

The CD Manager will provide technical leadership and oversight to the project\u2019s capacity development strategy for strengthening the capacity of new and under-utilized partners to implement and scale-up COVID-19 interventions. This position is contingent upon award.<\/p>\n
