This is an internal and external advert.<\/p>\n<p>The purpose of the position is to provide support and guidance to mentors and stakeholders in the implementation of the Isibindi Impilo Model.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Provides technical support in the replication of the Isibindi Impilo model:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manages the NACCW aspects of the implementation of Isibindi Impilo projects<\/li>\n<li>Provides technical support on programmatic components<\/li>\n<li>Manages and supervises a team of mentors<\/li>\n<li>Provides consultative, on-line and distant supervision to mentors as required<\/li>\n<li>Conducts Quality Assurance processes<\/li>\n<li>Conducts and\/or supports the orientation of new mentors<\/li>\n<li>Participate in performance appraisals of\u00a0 Mentors<\/li>\n<li>Oversees hosting at Isibindi Impilo sites<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for the continuous professional development of the mentor team<\/li>\n<li>Designs and conducts relevant in-service training for mentor team and at Isibindi Impilo sites<\/li>\n<li>Analyses M&amp;E data to inform decision-making on the provision of project support &amp; management<\/li>\n<li>Analyses project needs &amp; develops strategies to meet these<\/li>\n<li>Identifies grassroots needs and communicates these to the Senior Program manager<\/li>\n<li>Provides support to mentors and project personnel in times of crisis<\/li>\n<li>Mediates between different NACCW departments and the mentor teams<\/li>\n<li>Collates and disseminates information to mentors to influence service delivery<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Stakeholder Relations:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Represents the NACCW at provincial \/ national meetings<\/li>\n<li>Network and consults with relevant stakeholders internal and\/or external<\/li>\n<li>Plans, attends and facilitates relevant stakeholder\u00a0 meetings<\/li>\n<li>Oversees the coordination and management of networking platforms for linkages for services<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Administration:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Adheres to SOP\u2019s<\/li>\n<li>Planning diary and monthly activity schedule for self and mentors<\/li>\n<li>Report writing<\/li>\n<li>Analysis of relevant reports<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5 years relevant experience<\/li>\n<li>Diploma or Degree in CYCW or Social Work<\/li>\n<li>Registered with SACSSP<\/li>\n<li>Must have very good computer skills in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently in a high-pressured environment in order to deliver under tight deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Pays careful attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>A drivers\u2019 license is essential<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Detailed curriculum vitae highlighting required skills as advertised must be submitted <strong>by 16H00 on Friday 27 November 2020<\/strong> quoting the reference number REF NO: IISM\/WC\/1120 on the subject line to: <strong><a href=\"mailto:recruitment@naccw.org.za\">recruitment@naccw.org.za<\/a>.<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Please Note:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Interviews will take place immediately after shortlisting has been done.
