A large and successful holding group in the Automotive Industry is looking to employ a Sales Manager for their Used Vehicles division based at their City Deep Dealership. The employer requires a customer services and deadline driven individual with excellent management skills.<\/p>\n
The successful candidate must have:
\n\u2022 Grade 12
\n\u2022 Relevant tertiary education
\n\u2022 Computer literacy
\n\u2022 Proven track record in the sales environment (5years\u2019 experience in the field)
\n\u2022 Code 08 drivers licence
\n\u2022 Knowledge of Kerridge will be an advantage<\/p>\n
Your busy and challenging day will include but not be limited to:
\n\u2022 Manage the used vehicle sales department per company and manufacturer requirements
\n\u2022 Control varied activities at an optimal pace to achieve required targets
\n\u2022 Ensure sales and CSI targets are met \/ exceeded.
\n\u2022 Grow market share
\n\u2022 Manage the frontline and administrative staff, ensuring all functions operate at optimum levels
\n\u2022 Control departmental expenses and ensure timeous payment by customers.
\n\u2022 Ensure good relationships with the manufacturer, customers, service and parts department
\n\u2022 Implement and maintain value-adding processes in the department.
\n\u2022 Motivate, inspire and involve departmental staff.
\n\u2022 Reporting to the Dealer Principle<\/p>\n
