The board of OZA wishes to appoint new non-executive directors (NEDs) to serve on its board. The OZA board of directors provides leadership, governance and oversight to advance the organisation\u2019s mission. Board members at OZA have an opportunity to lead an organisation that contributes to systemic change in South Africa, as well as being part of a network of change makers globally.<\/p>\n

OZA\u2019s vision is a just, democratic, and sustainable world where power and resources are shared, and poverty and inequality are no more. OZA is a South Africa-based affiliate of Oxfam International (OI), a global network of 20 inter-dependent organisations who work together in more than 90 countries. \u00a0\u00a0We invite suitably qualified individuals to apply for the positions of NEDs to join OZA\u2019s governance board.<\/p>\n
