It gathers over 150 organizations throughout the Region working for human rights and equality for LGBTIQ+ people.<\/p>\n<p>A regional NPO, which gathers over 150 organizations throughout the African continent, working for human rights and equality for LGBTIQ+ people.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Programme Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (PMEL)<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0South Africa<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibility :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>develop the overall framework, for project M&amp;E, for example mid-term project review, impact assessment, final evaluation, develop project Performance Monitoring Plan with relevant data collection systems<\/li>\n<li>contribute to the rollout of the organisation\u2019s M&amp;E framework related to measurement including adapting in-country favourable tools where needed to enable reporting for the spectrum of the organisation\u2019s strategic programmes and projects<\/li>\n<li>developing project specific monitoring and indicator tracking tools in consultation with the Programme Manager<\/li>\n<li>produce reports on M&amp;E findings and prepare presentations based on M&amp;E data as required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>University Degree in Social Sciences, Information Management, Statistics or other relevant fields with at least 3 years of relevant professional work experience<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 3 years\u2019 experience in NGO in similar role\/with similar responsibilities<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated understanding of direct monitoring and evaluation experience, specifically in the humanitarian, LGBTI community and development context<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To apply\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Send your CV to <strong><a href=\"mailto:recruitment@panafricailga.org\">recruitment@panafricailga.org<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><b>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/b>Tuesday, 15 December, 2020<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pan Africa ILGA (PAI) is the African region of the International Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans and Intersex Association (ILGA).
