The incumbent will be responsible to ensure the effective management of a team of Insurance representatives in order to achieve business objectives.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Team Leader<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong> Strand, Western Cape, South Africa<br \/>\n<strong>Reference<\/strong> # TL\/STR<br \/>\n<strong>Contract Type:<\/strong> Permanent<br \/>\n<strong>Salary:<\/strong> Market Related<\/p>\n<p><strong>Specification<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Recruit up to eight high quality insurance representatives in line with the business requirements<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that appointed representatives are adequately trained<\/li>\n<li>Manage the eight insurance representatives optimally<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that the set insurance sales targets are reached<\/li>\n<li>Ensure and monitor compliance with respect to FAIS\/FICA\/LTIA and all other relevant legislation<\/li>\n<li>Risk management<\/li>\n<li>Develop and expand markets<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Grade 12<\/li>\n<li>A suitable industry entry qualification within the requirements of the<\/li>\n<li>Financial Services Board<\/li>\n<li>Comply with FAIS legislation for registration as Fit and Proper individuals<\/li>\n<li>All those appointed in the industry from the year 2010 onwards require a full FAIS recognised qualification<\/li>\n<li>Clear ITC record<\/li>\n<li>Clear criminal record<\/li>\n<li>RE5 certificate<\/li>\n<li>RE1 will be an advantage<\/li>\n<li>Valid driver\u2019s license, own reliable transport and cell phone<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To apply <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Click Here!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>29\/12\/2020<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The position below exists within the Strand Dual Office .
