The purpose of the solution sales specialist at Mustek is to drive sales of Mustek\u2019s key cloud and software brands. The individual will be responsible for actively finding new resellers and sales to existing resellers. This role also serves as the quote desk for the Mustek Sales team.<\/p>\n

With the business focussing heavily on driving cloud business, it is also imperative that the individual proactively manages the recurring and renewals pipeline. To successfully accomplish the job, the individual will be required to complete training regularly using available training portals.<\/p>\n

Specification<\/strong>
\nSales
\n\u2022Proactively recruit new resellers to Mustek\u2019s software & cloud stack
\n\u2022Respond to all software & cloud quotes timeously and accurately
\n\u2022Call downs to new, existing, and dormant resellers
\n\u2022Actively work with existing resellers to understand their business and to identify new opportunities to work with them on the software & cloud business
\n\u2022Close all renewal and recurring sales, proactively quote on renewal and recurring billings by making use of all vendor tools & CRM for information
\n\u2022Assist general sales team nationwide with quote requests
\n\u2022Actively sell across the entire Mustek software & cloud stack
\n\u2022Work with the support team to assist customers with support queries as they arise
\n\u2022Act as the internal team to the business development and product managers
\n\u2022Proactively quote on renewal and recurring billings- these can be tracked through information provided by manager, Microsoft as well as Explore.ms<\/p>\n

Administrative<\/strong>
\n\u2022Keep Mustek\u2019s CRM systems up to date with regards to activities and pipeline. This must be managed on weekly basis
\n\u2022Submit an activity report once every two weeks, including details of key deals, wins and challenges
\n\u2022Update deal and cloud reseller pipeline on weekly basis
\n\u2022Ensure and maintain proper record keeping and filing<\/p>\n

Customer Satisfaction<\/strong>
\n\u2022Accurately and quickly prepare quotes for resellers, providing sufficient levels of detail where necessary to enable resellers to articulate the licensing message to end customers.
\n\u2022Follow up on order completion with resellers to ensure good service
\n\u2022Ensure that no more than 2 complaints are lodged monthly (telephonic or written).
\n\u2022Ensure the customers\/client care policies are adhered to always
\n\u2022Ensure professional customer\/client interaction always
\n\u2022Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers via telephone calls and emails
\n\u2022When required, must be able to conduct customer visits (face-to-face meetings)<\/p>\n

Trainings & Developments<\/strong>
\n\u2022Complete vendor training regularly
\n\u2022Product\/service-related training to be completed and attended as and when necessary
\nRequirements
\nQualifications and Experience:<\/strong>
\n\u2022Matric
\n\u2022Technical or business degree pr diploma an advantage
\n\u2022At least 2-3 years in an internal sales environment
\n\u2022Experience with cloud\/software solution sales at a similar level would be advantageous<\/p>\n
