Job Title:\u00a0Administrator: Events & Corporate Social Investments Coordinator<\/strong>
\nLocation:\u00a0<\/strong>South Africa<\/p>\n

Specification<\/strong><\/p>\n

Manage a broad spectrum of Assupol Group events and projects from proposal to delivery in a professional manner<\/p>\n

1.Development, production and delivery of projects \u2013 from proposal to delivery<\/strong>
\n\u2022Execute events and CSI plans
\n\u2022Identify CSI projects\/initiatives that are in line with the CSI policy and present them for review and approval
\n\u2022Coordinate and participate in identified projects and communicate with team
\n\u2022Ensure that internal and external communication to relevant stakeholders is implemented
\n\u2022Plan and organize support to sponsorships campaigns and activities
\n\u2022Liaise and communicate events with internal personnel and Directors
\n\u2022Liaise with subsidiaries, external services providers role players
\n\u2022Maintain and build relationships with stakeholders
\n\u2022Manage the events within the approved budget
\n\u2022Oversee design process of events and CSI<\/p>\n

2.Contract and Service Levels Administration<\/strong>
\n\u2022Annual review and Adhoc contracts and SLA
\n\u2022Review events and CSI driven contracts and SLA
\n\u2022Record and keep suppliers SLA\u2019s and Contracts<\/p>\n

3.Administration<\/strong>
\n\u2022Ensure that recording keeping and filing is done appropriately
\n\u2022Support Corporate Affairs team
\nRequirements
\nFORMAL EDUCATION
\n\u2022Grade 12
\n\u2022Qualification related to Events Management<\/p>\n

TECHNICAL\/LEGAL CERTIFICATION<\/strong>
\n\u2022Project Management
\n\u2022Drivers License<\/p>\n

EXPERIENCE<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Administration: 2 yrs
\n\u2022 Project Management: 2 yrs
