\n\u2022 Show potential tenants vacant Office space
\n\u2022 Deal with direct enquiries on vacant Office space
\n\u2022 Deal with existing and prospective tenants on renewals (at least 6 months prior to expiry) and new lets
\n\u2022 Drafting of offers to lease to prospective tenants
\n\u2022 Responsible for vacancies of a large Office portfolio Gauteng, which may change from time to time
\n\u2022 Assist with other portfolio leasing enquiries as and when required
\n\u2022 Process letting deals and work with appropriate documentation to complete lease processes
\n\u2022 Involvement in the tenant\u2019s specification process to co-ordinate costings and related operational management with all role players
\n\u2022 Ensure premises are fit for tenant occupation
\n\u2022 Must negotiate deals to optimize profitability for both new deals and renewals
\n\u2022 Keep abreast of Office trends (local and international)
\n\u2022 Build relationships with existing and new Officers
\n\u2022 Assist with the relevant aspects of budgeting process
\n\u2022 Manage small projects and feasibilities regarding leasing within the Portfolio
\n\u2022 Ensure that outstanding leases not finalized are kept to minimum at all times
\n\u2022 All such other reasonable duties required from time to time to effect smooth operation of the portfolio of properties.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 At least 5 years of letting experience in the Office letting field in Gauteng
\n\u2022 Property letting background
\n\u2022 Property marketing and sales background (relevant certificates would be advantageous)<\/p>\n

\n\u2022 Ability to handle pressure
