Milpark offers full-time, part-time and distance learning Higher Education (HE) and Further Education and Training (FET) qualifications, as well as career-focused short courses. \nThe Position<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Admit students onto a qualification\/programme in line with the specific admission and selection criteria
\n\u2022Administer RPL policy for a specific qualification
\n\u2022Process de-registrations\/expiry\/extension of qualifications
\n\u2022Process internal subject exemptions (where applicable)
\n\u2022Approve all student registrations in line with at risk policy and rules of progression
\n\u2022Consider and action standard subject exemption applications<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Deal with student\/client\/facilitator queries and take full responsibility for resolving the queries
\n\u2022Ensure that student complaints\/concerns are channeled to the correct department and solved to the student\u2019s satisfaction
\n\u2022Deal with special academic requests and channel to the Academic Committee where relevant
\n\u2022Review student and contractor evaluation forms and action items
\n\u2022Conduct programme specific student surveys and focus groups, in coordination with the Tuition committee; evaluate and action items\/manage action of items (including requesting student support)

\n\u2022Conduct subject planning for students and consult with students on qualification choice

\nEducation & Experience Requirements
\n\u2022NQF level 7 (Hons.\/PG\/similar) or higher qualification in business management, management, marketing, finance, education or similar
