As part of a suite of services we are using our platform <a href=\"http:\/\/www.dreamxchange.co.za\/\">www.dreamxchange.co.za<\/a> to help them on their self-employment journey. The growth of the platform in the region will create a dynamically empowering eco-system to support self economic empowerment.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Digital Platform Marketer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0East London<\/p>\n<p><strong>Resposibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the Project manager in developing robust marketing for the platform<\/li>\n<li>Develop strategies to build membership on the platform<\/li>\n<li>Drive and encourage member activity on the platform<\/li>\n<li>Co-ordinate communications and marketing channels for the platform<\/li>\n<li>Conduct workshops to draw members onto the platform<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with our team to create membership from the tertiary education space<\/li>\n<li>Build relationships with the business, government and private sector stakeholder communities<\/li>\n<li>Develop and execute social media mechanisms to market the platform<\/li>\n<li>Be a tenacious marketer and cyber-hustler to build the brand across the region<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Skills Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3 to 5 years\u2019 experience in marketing, communications and strong experience with digital platform environments<\/li>\n<li>Working within a professional organisation where targets and reporting are a key requirement<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge &amp; Skills &amp; Salary: &#8211; Proficient in office software such as MS Office &amp; Excel &amp; PowerPoint<\/li>\n<li>Strong administrative skill-set coupled with excellent time management<\/li>\n<li>High level of attention to detail &#8211; Ability to cope with a variety of tasks daily<\/li>\n<li>Very strong communications ability with a capability to produce reports and write key documents for management<\/li>\n<li>Own transport is required<\/li>\n<li>Strong command of English both written and verbal with at least one other South African language.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Submit a Motivational Letter indicating your experience of the platform as well as a 2 page CV, with contactable references to <strong><a href=\"mailto:info@dreamworker.org.za\">info@dreamworker.org.za<\/a><\/strong> &#8211; Gross salary for the position is around R150K p\/a negotiable.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>Wednesday, 20 January, 2021<\/p>\n<p>For more about dreamXchange, refer to\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/dreamxchange.co.za\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">https:\/\/dreamxchange.co.za\/<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>dreamXchange is a\u00a0WEB PORTAL\u00a0that connects people with other people\u00a0by offering\u00a0simple, user-friendly functionality through which\u00a0ANYONE\u00a0can share\u00a0work opportunities,\u00a0training and tools of the trade,\u00a0to help\u00a0EVERYONE\u00a0become economically active.
