{"id":60439,"date":"2021-01-14T10:50:53","date_gmt":"2021-01-14T08:50:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/?p=60439"},"modified":"2021-01-14T10:51:15","modified_gmt":"2021-01-14T08:51:15","slug":"the-caring-network-recent-ongoing-recruitment","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/the-caring-network-recent-ongoing-recruitment.html","title":{"rendered":"The Caring Network Recent Ongoing Recruitment"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Caring Network offer a health response to ensure that communities are both supported and empowered to optimally managed their health care needs.<\/p>\n<p>The Caring Network seeks to appoint 03 <strong>Enrolled nurses<\/strong> to render Integrated Community Home Based Care Services in the Northern\/Tygerberg district, namely Bishop Lavis, Wallacedene and Bloekombos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Full nursing function related to Client and community health provision<\/li>\n<li>Plan and organize community health care workers development and intervention programs.<\/li>\n<li>To suppress and contain the spread of the virus (COVID -19) at community level and within the context of those different communities<\/li>\n<li>Supervise the community health workers.<\/li>\n<li>Collate, analyse, and report on data from the CHW Team<\/li>\n<li>Act as a gatekeeper for referrals from and to the Public Health Sector team (PHC), and lead the CHW team in problem solving, clinical decisions and reflection-on-action.<\/li>\n<li>Organizes and participate in campaigns, clinics, work groups and activities related to illness prevention and health (nutrition, sexual transmitted diseases, contraceptive, suicide, etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Good communication skills, both written and verbal and strong organizational skills including ability to multitask<\/li>\n<li>Valid Nursing certificate and registered with SANC<\/li>\n<li>Computer literacy<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively across the organization<\/li>\n<li>Unendorsed driver\u2019s license and own car will be an advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Submit your CV as well as a motivational letter to the Programme Manager, at <strong><a href=\"mailto:program@caringnetwork.org.za\">program@caringnetwork.org.za<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Please submit relevant certificates, current SANC registration, proof of SARS registration and 2 certified copies of your identity documents not older than 03 months.
