Job Summary:<\/strong>
\n\u2022To assist by providing a service the operational site with allocated tasks aimed to achieve production targets.
\n\u2022Responsibilities as per the different job descriptions will be required from the successful candidate.
\nLiaise with the Shift Team Leader.
\n\u2022Inspect your designated area of responsibility every day
\n\u2022Assist with the problems and if unable to solve them, report them to the Team Leader.
\n\u2022Take Responsibility for your personal performance
\n\u2022Ensure discipline in accordance with the company\u2019s policies and Procedures.
\n\u2022Ensure good housekeeping at all times
\nRequirements<\/p>\n

Education requirements And Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Minimum Grade 12<\/p>\n

\u2022Exposure and or experience in Tailings operations will be an advantage.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Skills, Qualities and Abiities Required:<\/strong>
\nMust be able to communicate in the medium of communication ( English)<\/p>\n

\u2022Must be able to read and write
\n\u2022Be able to take instructions to execute tasks
\n\u2022Be able to work under pressure
\n\u2022Sense of urgency, energetic, positive attitude and a team player
\n\u2022Ability to build relationships with staff and company clients
\n\u2022Must be willing to work extended hours
\n\u2022Applicant must have self-discipline, and good leadership abilities
\n\u2022No Criminal Record
\n\u2022Must be medically fit to be able to pass all screenings.<\/p>\n
