Job Summary:<\/strong>
\n\u2022Attend to all water queries logged.
\n\u2022Replacement of faulty water meters.
\n\u2022Job scheduling for Site Inspector.
\n\u2022Ordering of hardware.
\n\u2022Arranging access for Site Inspections.
\n\u2022Providing support to contractors and site inspector.
\n\u2022Regular site visits on large projects.
\n\u2022Quality control on work done on site.
\n\u2022Attend to all new metering requests.
\n\u2022Monthly reporting on jobs logged.
\n\u2022Attend to all water queries reported.
\n\u2022Receiving of Quotes, Invoices and Reports from Contractors.
\n\u2022Provide regular feedback on jobs logged to Property management.
\n\u2022Update MDA with feedback and progress of jobs logged.
\n\u2022Prioritize Jobs according to potential losses or losses incurred.
\n\u2022Review Job Cards received and propose recommendations.
\n\u2022Provide solutions for water losses or unaccounted water usage.
\n\u2022Review quoted costs vs. invoice costs
\n\u2022Attend to all customer queries.
\n\u2022Facilitate testing of meters when queried.<\/p>\n

\u00a0Requirements:<\/strong>
\n\u2022Matric qualification required.
\n\u2022Administration course or related qualification preferred.
\n\u2022Driver\u2019s license (Own vehicle)
\n\u2022Microsoft Programs:
\noMS Word \u2013 Intermediate
\noMS Excel \u2013 Intermediate
\noMS Power Point \u2013 Intermediate
\noMS Outlook \u2013 Intermediate
\n\u20222- 3 years\u2019 administrative experience required.
\n\u2022Basic understanding of reconciliation required.<\/p>\n
