\nSalary:<\/strong> R 40,000.00 – 60,000.00 Monthly<\/p>\n
\nThe purpose of this role is to manage the Crisis Centre, including the Crisis Centre teams and its\u2019 financial performance. The objective is to ensure partner relationships are established and maintained, SLA\u2019s are observed, and customers experience a high level of service. Continuous operational improvement and efficiency monitoring is required.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Managing relationship with Partners
\n\u2022Achieving set SLA targets with partners ensuring quality of service and contractual obligations are met
\n\u2022Effectively managing cases from inception to close out
\n\u2022Management level reporting
\n\u2022Managing team performance
\n\u2022Managing workforce plan and shift rotations
\n\u2022Motivating teams and ensuring high performance standards are set and maintained
\n\u2022Financial management including billing, invoicing and budget management as required
\n\u2022Continuous improvement of service quality and operational efficiency<\/p>\n
\n\u2022No Criminal Record
\n\u2022Must have previous crisis centre management experience in a 24 hour call centre environment
\n\u2022Must have previous experience working in a service delivery environment (medical emergencies; breakdowns etc.)
\n\u2022Desirable:<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Workforce planning and people management experience<\/p>\n
\n\u2022An excellent communicator
\n\u2022Decisive and a skilled negotiator
