Job Title: Sales Administrator<\/strong>
\nLocation:<\/strong> Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape, South Africa
\nReference #:<\/strong> REF20213
\nContract Type:<\/strong> Temporary 3 Months<\/p>\n

Job Summary:<\/strong><\/p>\n

To handle sales administrative tasks and act as an extension of the sales team when representatives are away from the office. Administrators also provide a point of contact for customers with queries about course offerings.<\/p>\n

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022To deliver excellent customer service to all clients and students.
\n\u2022To be able to display and apply extensive product knowledge.
\n\u2022To be able to display accurate and efficient use of the ICAS system.
\n\u2022 Be able to liaise effectively with students and to ensure all student queries are effectively dealt with.
\n\u2022General Administration for the sales department.<\/p>\n

1.Deliver excellent customer service
\n2.Product knowledge
\n3.ICAS system.
\n4.Student services
\n5.General Administration
\nRequirements<\/p>\n

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:<\/strong><\/p>\n

1.Matric is essential and a Diploma \/ Certification in Office Administration or Sales and Marketing is advantageous.
\n2.A minimum of 1 – 3 years of experience in a similar role is required.
\n3.Minimum typing speed of 25 wpm.
\n4.Computer literacy is essential especially in MS Outlook, MS Word and MS Excel.
\n5.ICAS experience advantageous.<\/p>\n
