\n\u2022Recruit high quality representatives timeously and accurately
\n\u2022Ensure that appointed representatives are adequately trained
\n\u2022Manage a team of insurance representatives optimally
\n\u2022Ensure that the set insurance sales targets are reached
\n\u2022Ensure and monitor compliance with respect to FAIS\/FICA\/LTIA and all other relevant legislation
\n\u2022Risk management
\n\u2022Develop and expand markets<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Grade 12
\n\u2022A suitable industry entry qualification within the requirements of the Financial Services Board
\n\u2022Comply with FAIS legislation for registration as Fit and Proper individuals:
\n\u2022Applicants who entered the industry as follows:
\n\u2022From years 2004 \u2013 2007 requires 30 credits on NQF 4 obtained by 31 December 2009.
\n\u2022From years 2008 – 2009 requires 30 credits or 60 credits on NQF 4 obtained by 31 December 2011 or full FAIS recognised qualification obtained by 31 December 2013
\n\u2022All those appointed in the industry from the year 2010 onwards require a full FAIS recognised qualification
\n\u2022Clear ITC
\n\u2022Clear criminal record
\n\u2022RE5 certificate
\n\u2022RE1 will be an advantage
\n\u2022Driver\u2019s license, own reliable transport and cell phone
