\nEnsuring that the switchboard is managed efficiently and effectively, while
\nunderstanding customer needs and responding appropriately in line with TIH
\npolicies, procedures and values.<\/p>\n
\nUse the internal communications system to access specific information
\nregarding TIH departments, brands and employees.<\/p>\n
\nReceive visitors and assist with various requests for information, referring more
\ncomplex matters to colleagues.<\/p>\n
\nMaintain appointment calendars and reserve meeting rooms following detailed
\ninstructions to arrange business meetings efficiently.<\/p>\n
\nOrganize own work schedule each day in line with changing priorities.<\/p>\n
\nManage correspondence in line with company rules and policies.<\/p>\n
\nEnsure a positive experience for customers by having courteous interactions
\nwith them.<\/p>\n
\nEnsure a positive experience for internal customers by having courteous
\ninteractions with them.<\/p>\n
\nMatric – SAQA accredited
\nBasic experience of simple office \/ operational systems (4 to 6 months)<\/p>\n
