\nProvide software support to live clients.
\n
\nPrimary responsibilities:<\/strong>
\nResponsibilities are, but are not limited to:
\n\u2022 Logging of support calls via internal system
\n\u2022 Call classification
\n\u2022 Replication of issues
\n\u2022 Customer fixes and liaison
\n\u2022 Monitoring Support Dashboard and escalating issues as they arise
\n\u2022 Process and system improvement in conjunction with Team Lead, Customer Services Manager and
\nAccount Managers.
\n\u2022 Mobile application support<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Grade 12
\n\u2022 Minimum 5 years\u2019 experience in Software support
\n\u2022 Spanish speaking<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 An IT related qualification.
\n\u2022 Exposure to QlikView or QlikSense and \/ or web based software.
\n\u2022 Exposure to IsoMetrix and \/ or integrated risk management.
\n\u2022 Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Analytical ability.
\n\u2022 Deadline driven, strong time management.
\n\u2022 Fast paced.
\n\u2022 Attention to detail.
\n\u2022 Logical problem-solving approach
\n\u2022 Organized
