responsibilities:<\/strong><br \/>\nSupport and installation on all versions of IsoMetrix including as well as:<br \/>\n\u2022 IIS Administration and Troubleshooting<br \/>\n\u2022 SQL Administration and troubleshooting<br \/>\n&#8211; Performance monitoring<br \/>\n&#8211; Maintenance Plans<br \/>\n&#8211; Setting up replication \/ Always on availability groups of the IsoMetrix database<br \/>\n&#8211; Access Control<br \/>\n&#8211; High-Availability<br \/>\n\u2022 IsoMetrix Installation including patches and service packs<br \/>\n\u2022 Installation and administration of Qlik software.<br \/>\n\u2022 Monitoring of the IsoMetrix application using Azure Application insights &amp; Newrelic<br \/>\n\u2022 Providing Technical Support to both internal and external stakeholders.<br \/>\n\u2022 Attending to logged tickets within SLA<br \/>\n\u2022 Supporting DevOps strategy adoption<br \/>\n\u2022 Disaster recovery<br \/>\n\u2022 Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals<br \/>\nRequirements<br \/>\nMinimum education experience:<br \/>\n\u2022 5 years experienced as a Technical Support Engineer<\/p>\n<p><strong>Additional requirements:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 Microsoft SQL Server 2008 and above<br \/>\n\u2022 Microsoft IIS 6 and above<br \/>\n\u2022 Qlik Sense &amp; Qlikview<br \/>\n\u2022 Windows Server 2016\/2019 &#8211; non negotiable<br \/>\n\u2022 Active Directory<br \/>\n\u2022 General TCP\/IP networking, VPN and Firewalls<br \/>\n\u2022 IaaS, PaaS and SaaS<br \/>\n\u2022 MSSQL replication<br \/>\n\u2022
