The manufacturing plant in Port Elizabeth produces both small and large volume parenterals.This position is a dual role in which the candidate works within both the Finance and Supply Chain departments.<\/p>\n

Job Title: Cashbook\/ Export Clerk<\/strong>

Job Summary:<\/strong>
\nThe main purpose of the job is to control the EFT\/ cash payments to suppliers and to control of exports from FKMSA<\/p>\n

CASHBOOK:<\/strong>
\n.EFT processing and banking processes
\n.Taxi\u2019s \u2013 Payment preparation and reconciliation
\n.Cellphones \u2013 Sending out accounts and providing information to payroll
\n.Reconcile and pay travel credit card
\n.Month End
\n.Month end procedures for all bank accounts
\n.Processing of Forex gain\/loss entries on foreign bank accounts
\n.Preparing month end accruals
\n.Preparing month end bank recons
\n.General
\n.Filing on a daily basis
\n.Retrieving bank statements every morning for balance
\n.Reconciling the bank statements on a daily basis (pdf and excel)
\n.Sorting out queries
\n.Back up for foreign payments
\n.Assist with audit queries
\n.Any other ad hoc duties as required<\/p>\n

EXPORT:<\/strong>
\n.Entering and maintaining export orders
\n.Execution and controlling 3rd party orders entries, queries and price adjustments
\n.Customer support regarding orders and deliveries
\n.Follow up and confirmation of shipments
\n.Ensure due and delivery dates are met in compliance with existing contracts and orders
\n.Co-ordinate FK exports via air and sea freight
\n.Update and maintain export spreadsheet on a daily basis ensuring information is accurately captured continually throughout the day.
\n.Understanding packaging and label requirement specific to importing countries
\n.Management of the FX Warehouse stock
\n.Weekly FX report – check status of stock
\n.Ensure all export regulations of narcotic handling in terms of the law in S.A and other countries are applied
\n.Processing of import and export licenses
\n.Application documents for Chamber of Commerce
\n.Maintenance and filing of documents (accuracy of documentation essential)
\n.Administration and attention to detail on all documentation<\/p>\n

\nMatric with Financial tertiary qualification and one year financial experience<\/p>\n
