We are focused on researching, supporting and implementing integrated approaches to managing TB and HIV.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Administrator<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location<\/strong>: Parktown, Gauteng, South Africa<br \/>\n<strong>Reference #:<\/strong> 2021\/02\/08\/03<br \/>\n<strong>Contract Type:<\/strong> Permanent<br \/>\n<strong>Salary:<\/strong> Market Related<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary:<\/strong><br \/>\nAn opportunity has arisen for Administrator position and you are welcome to apply should you meet the requirements for the position.<\/p>\n<p><strong>YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Management of participant reimbursement by liaising with external stake holders.<br \/>\nOther administrative duties as requested by the project manager.<br \/>\nCoordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.<br \/>\nEnsure that all staff are using current versions of Study documents, e.g., Protocol specific documents, program specific documents.<br \/>\nIdentify training needs in and give feedback to the Project Manager.<br \/>\nGive guidance on Quality Control on study procedures.<br \/>\nProvide training on quality related topics.<br \/>\nAbility to generate reports from Excel Data.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>YOU SHOULD HAVE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.<br \/>\nRelevant degree\/diploma in Health, Sciences or Social Sciences or equivalent education.<br \/>\nPrevious work experience in a quality assurance\/control environment.<br \/>\nProficiency in written and spoken English<\/p>\n<p><strong>OTHER REQUIREMENTS:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Demonstrable, thorough understanding of HIV\/AIDS epidemic<br \/>\nAbility to read and write activity reports.<br \/>\nGood communication and the ability to establish effective, trusting working relationships with patients.<br \/>\nDemonstrable empathy, compassion and an understanding of the cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds in the community<br \/>\nAbility and willingness to learn.<br \/>\nAlways maintain positive attitude.<br \/>\nEffective interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) Good personal time management.<br \/>\nAbility to work independently and in a team.<br \/>\nMinimal overnight travel (up to 10%) by land or air if required.<br \/>\nUnderstanding of HIV\/AIDS and TB<br \/>\nValid Driver\u2019s license<br \/>\nOwn transport<br \/>\nOpen and clear communicator<br \/>\nFocused on quality and detail.<\/p>\n<p>NB: Non \u2013South African citizens must have a valid work-permit.<\/p>\n<p>Kindly provide current and relevant references for background checks.<\/p>\n<p>All appointments are subject to the preferred candidates obtaining the necessary security clearance, reference checking and competency assessment.
