The Aurum Institute Mozambique intends to recruit a qualified and experienced national candidate for the position of Private Sector Coordinator within the scope of the TB Reach Wave 8 project \u201cEstablishing Simple and Functional Pathways for TB Patient Referral and Notification in the Mozambican Private Health Sector\u201d to be implemented in the cities of Maputo and Matola.<\/p>\n

Job Title: Community Engagement Coordinator<\/strong> The Community Engagement Coordinator will be responsible for implementing and managing the research in accordance with the projected protocols and standards. The Community Engagement Coordinator should also regularly report on the progress of the research and disseminate the results to relevant stakeholders. \nThe Community Engagement Coordinator will oversee the implementation of the project in the cities of Maputo and Matola, and will be based in Maputo City.<\/p>\n
\nThe candidate must meet the following qualifications:<\/p>\n
\nMedicine Technician, Public Health Technician or related field<\/p>\n
\nMinimum 1-2 years\u2019 experience in Public Health projects<\/p>\n
\nMozambican nationality
\nProficiency in Portuguese and good knowledge of English
\nExcellent communication skills
\nGood computer and Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Power-Point)
\nLeadership skills and initiative
\nStrong organizational skills, ability to work as a team and under pressure<\/p>\n
\nExperience using mobile apps
\nExperience in projects implemented by NGOs or international organizations
\nCertificate of Good Clinical Practice
\nKnowledge of English<\/p>\n
