\nTo partner operationally and contribute to the accomplishment of the companies
\nobjectives, through providing line managers and employees with HR guidance,
\nwhilst maintaining accountability of effective delivery of HR services.<\/p>\n
\nIn collaboration with centers of excellence, draft HR frameworks and tools within
\nan area of expertise, ensuring compliance with specified design principles,
\ninternal policies, and external legal requirements.
\nPromote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict free workplace.<\/p>\n
\nUnderstand business operational models, business structures, process and
\nprocedures in order to give sound business advice to all stakeholders.
\nProvide feedback to Centers of Expertise about HR solution effectiveness.
\nCollaborate with Centers of Expertise to create innovative solutions.
\nFocus on consultative support and HR solution delivery.
\nHR Data Analytics and Insights
\nGather, analyze and interpret HR data; identify key trends and contribute to the
\ncreation of HR insights that enable the diagnosis of business issues,
\nenhancement of employee engagement, and\/or improvement of business
\nperformance.
\nPresent accurate data reports in monthly forums.<\/p>\n
\nWork within established procedures to achieve specified goals.
\nAdvising management on the administration of human resources policies and
\nprocedures and the risk thereof.<\/p>\n
\nUnderstand, interpret and apply HR policies and procedures as well as all
\nrelevant Labor Relations Acts in order to ensure organizational statutory
\ncompliance.
\nConducting audits of HR activities to ensure compliance.
\nProvide guidance to business on employee relations processes, in collaboration
\nwith the relevant specialists.
\nInvestigate all kinds of incidents and reports and provide expert advice.
\nInformation and Business Advice
\nResolving complex queries from various business units by providing the relevant
\nguidance and advice on policies and\/or procedures, referring the most complex
\nissues to the centers of excellence.<\/p>\n
\nConduct training sessions with relevant stakeholders in the business in terms of
\nthe identified specific business needs.<\/p>\n
\n.Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development
\n.planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching; gain ormaintain external professional accreditation where relevant to improve performance and fulfil personal potential.
\n.Keep abreast with new trends and advancements in the human resources field and understand external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education.

\nAccurately collate and maintain HR Data.<\/p>\n
\nGrade 12\/ SAQA Accredited Equivalent (Essential)
\nHR related qualification or studying towards it (Essential)
\nDegree in HR (Advantageous)<\/p>\n
\nKnowledge and experience in HR processes \/ LRA (Essential)
\nHR Administration knowledge (Essential)<\/p>\n
