\nDevelop a personal network within the business sector and represent the organization at business sector events.
\nObtain market intelligence and enhance the visibility and reputation of the organization, its products, and its services.
\nGrow the business by creating a Dealer distribution network wide of existing TIH partnerships.
\nDevelop business cases to justify the pursuit of chosen opportunities.
\nEnsure the effective on-boarding of Dealer distribution agreements aligned to internal compliance standards.<\/p>\n
\nDevelop and implement a relationship management plan for new customer accounts to identify and build relationships with relevant decision makers and influencers within the customer organization and to enable effective two-way flow of information and resolution of issues.
\nCollect feedback from identified customers or customer segments to ensure their needs are met, providing themes, summary analyses, and recommendations for changes based on customer input.
\nDevelop and maintain positive relationships with Dealers.
\nIdentify improvement areas and implement corrective measures.<\/p>\n
\nDeliver specified projects while working within an established program management plan.
\nEnd to end project management of VAPS Dealer initiatives.
\nDrive project team to meet timelines and successful implementation.
\nExecute management of the business case through realizing marketing and commercial objectives.<\/p>\n
\nAnalyse current performance inhibitors and find solutions to ensure business continuity.<\/p>\n
\nExplain the local action plan to support team members in their understanding of what needs to be done and and how this relates to the broader business plan and the organization’s strategy, mission and vision; motivate people to achieve local business goals.<\/p>\n
\nRespond to personal objectives and use performance management systems to improve personal performance. Monitor the performance of the team; allocate work and review completion, take appropriate corrective action to ensure timeliness and quality;

\nIdentify shortcomings and suggest improvements to existing processes, systems and procedures, then delivers a plan for a small element of a change management program with guidance from a project\/program manager.
\nLeverage all available information from our partners, the industry, and internally to ensure continuous review of departmental processes, systems and protocols to improve efficiencies.<\/p>\n
\nMaintain and renew a deep knowledge and understanding of the organization’s policies and procedures and of relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct, and ensure own work adheres to required standards.
