\nThe purpose of this role is to enhance the company\u2019s learning & development experience through facilitation of internal training, OD initiatives and the digitalisation of learning platforms. Identify learning opportunities based on the skills analysis, provide input into all learning & development plans and undertake various projects that will improve the learning capability for both internal and external stakeholders.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Design and implement internal Organisational Development initiatives as required
\n\u2022Facilitate internal training courses, for example, onboarding and systems training
\n\u2022Support internal facilitators with coordination and facilitation support
\n\u2022Participate in various projects that involve various stakeholders in the business by implementing learning frameworks, learning projects and analysis
\n\u2022Coordinate the skills audit for the business
\n\u2022Ensure training conforms to the requirements of relevant training authorities, clients and or relevant legislations
\n\u2022Complete BBBEE Scorecard for the organisation and the WSP\/ ATR report
\n\u2022Maintain the Learning Management System and ensure content is updated, relevant and all information is accurate
\n\u2022Liaise with business stakeholders on learning requirements
\n\u2022Coordinate and assist with the company Graduate programme and Bursary programme
\n\u2022Liaise with training service providers
\n\u2022Perform administration for the OD team, in the form of invoice payment, maintaining training records, certificates and coordination
\n\u2022Assist with supporting and encouraging digital learning within the company
\n\u2022Assist the OD team with organisational development tasks and projects
\n\u2022Where required design and implement e-content material as required by the business alongside service providers
\n\u2022Create video\u2019s, interactive material, story boards and voice over recordings for content in line with learning requirements where necessary with service providers<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Relevant tertiary degree in Human Resources or Training & Development
\n\u2022Relevant course or qualification in Facilitation
\n\u2022Minimum of 5yrs experience within a training environment
\n\u2022Minimum of 2yrs experience in facilitation
\n\u2022Knowledge of Learning Management Systems
\n\u2022E-content course design advantageous
\n\u2022Use of Articulate would be an advantage<\/p>\n
