\nSalary:<\/strong> R 10.00 – 100.00 Annually<\/p>\n
\nResponsible for planning and overseeing the transfer of key information necessary for the support, operation and acceptance of solutions deployed into production. This includes operational readiness, support documentation and acceptance checklists, internal and with customers.
\nEnsure service transition is planned and executed to schedule, budget and scope.
\nBuild transition plans including infrastructure\/application support models, change management, internal and with customers.
\nBe responsible for coordinating implementation activities, providing effective team leadership, including information flow to and from operations during project work.<\/p>\n

\nCo-ordinate routine installations and de-installations of items of hardware and\/or software with customers.
\nMonitor the effectiveness of installations and ensures that appropriate recommendations for change are made.
\nAssess, analyse, develop, document and implement changes based on requests for change.
\nLiaise with business and IT partners on release scheduling and communication of progress.
\nWork with project manager to establish end-to-end project plan and approach.
\nContribute to the communication deck to customer alignment and support.
\nPromotes awareness of transition planning and support process and strategy.<\/p>\n
\nFollow through to ensure that personal quality and productivity standards are consistently and accurately maintained.
\nDemonstrate consistent application of internal procedures.
\nPlan and prioritise, demonstrating abilities to manage competing demands.
\nDemonstrate abilities to anticipate and manage change.
\nDemonstrate flexibility in balancing achievement of own objectives with abilities to understand and respond to organizational needs.<\/p>\n
\nMatric.
\nPostgraduate qualification in Implementation Management and Project Management or similar.
\nExperience of transitioning complex IT projects with personal accountability for delivering to time and cost for projects typically up to 6 months in duration.
\nIT background with experience across the systems development life cycle with experience in different project phases.<\/p>\n
