Job Title: Reservations Consultant – contract position<\/strong>
\nLocation:<\/strong> Port Shepstone, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa
\nReference #:<\/strong> #16\/02
\nContract Type:<\/strong> Temporary 3 Months<\/p>\n

Job Summary:<\/strong>
\nKey Performance Areas:<\/strong>
\nWe require an individual that will be self-motivated to achieve sales targets.<\/p>\n

Primary duties will include the facilitation of reservations for holiday accommodation. A service orientated approach must be adopted when assisting clients, which may require face to face consultation. Various administrative responsibilities will be performed. Ensuring that established Call Centre performance standards are achieved is necessary.<\/p>\n

\n\u2022 Matric
\n\u2022 Proven sales ability, with a strong focus on customer service
\n\u2022 Excellent verbal communication skills
\n\u2022 Ability to deal with members in a professional and courteous manner
\n\u2022 Above average computer literacy
\n\u2022 Ability to work under pressure
\n\u2022 Ability to work independently, and as part of a team.<\/p>\n
