Manages the successful execution of Large Build and Refurbishment projects in terms of contractual agreement
\nPerforms management reporting
\nPerforms stakeholder management(external and internal)
\nManages the resources(people and money) in the Project Management Office
\nArranging for required Contract Management skills
\nAccepting responsibility for all safety requirements for the project.
\nChairing\/holding regular project progress and review meetings with the client.
\nManaging project time, cost and quality and ensuring project earned value
