Job Title: Temp Inventory Controller<\/strong>
\nLocation:<\/strong> Kempton Park, Gauteng, South Africa
\nReference #:<\/strong> TIC_JK_N
\nContract Type:<\/strong> Temporary 4 Months
\nSalary:<\/strong> Market Related<\/p>\n

Job Summary:<\/strong>
\nEcowize Pest Control and Hygiene Division is looking for a skilled and qualified Temp Inventory Controller.
\nThe successful candidate will provide professional administrative support to all stakeholders. Please note this is a 4-month contract.<\/p>\n

Key areas of responsibility:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022Ensure timeous ordering of monthly stock required to service client base.
\n\u2022Ensure timeous ordering of dispensers\/equipment within 24hours of client signing agreement\/contract to ensure turnaround time for installations.
\n\u2022Ensure all stock is receipted.
\n\u2022Ensure all supplier invoices are received and authorised by the divisional director.
\n\u2022Ensure that all stock is captured into AccPac using the correct stock item code and warehouse code.
\n\u2022 Manage the issuing of stock to colleagues.
\n\u2022 Attend and record stock takes.
\n\u2022 Investigate and explain all variances to the divisional director.
\n\u2022 Submit approved variances to Finance for capturing.
\n\u2022 Manage and conduct Van stock takes at month end.
\n\u2022 Ensure that all issues and returns are captured onto AccPac against the correct vehicle and\/or warehouse.
\n\u2022 Write out service cards and submit to the Service Controller and Inventory Controller to order stock and plan installation.
\n\u2022 Filing of all portfolio documents.
\n\u2022 Update sales and losses report.
\n\u2022 To compile all IPM files.
\n\u2022 Manage online Q-care files.<\/p>\n

Requirements: <\/strong><\/p>\n

Qualification and experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Essential to have matric
\n\u2022 Essential to have 1-2 years experience in a similar role
\n\u2022 Must be computer literate (Microsoft Office)<\/p>\n

\u2022Good communication and interpersonal skills
\n\u2022Ability to work independently and within a team
\n\u2022The ability to plan, prioritize tasks
\n\u2022Exceptional customer service skills
