NRC cares, not only for its patients but also for society and earth.<\/p>\n<p>National Renal Care situated in Olivedale seeks to recruit an ambitious, talented, goal driven and self-motivated individual to fulfil the role of a Registered Nurse\/Clinical Technologist (Independent Practice).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Registered Nurse\/Clinical Technologist (Independent Practice)<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong> Olivedale, Gauteng, South Africa<br \/>\n<strong>Reference #:<\/strong> Olivedale<br \/>\n<strong>Contract Type:<\/strong> Permanent<br \/>\n<strong>Salary:<\/strong> Market Related<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary:<\/strong><br \/>\nThe Registered Nurse\/Clinical Technologist (Independent Practice) will render and promote cost effective, safe, quality patient care in accordance with Company Standard Operating Procedures and Policies.<br \/>\nThe incumbent will further be responsible for direct and\/or indirect nursing care of a patient or a group of patients, for assessing, planning, executing and supervising the implementation of care to meet patient needs, be a role model in the delivery of evidence based care and will actively participate in Clinical Governance.<\/p>\n<p>To perform dialysis according to prescription in a safe manner and in accordance to NRC\u2019s internal policies and procedures.<br \/>\nTo provide optimal patient care as per the nursing scope of practice and NRC\u2019s clinical care pathways.<br \/>\nManage and maintain all medical equipment in accordance with NRC\u2019s technical policies and procedures.<br \/>\nEnsure that all NRC quality initiative programs are utilised for the patients under your management.<br \/>\nEnsure that all patient clinical records are maintained and updated in accordance with the deadlines, policies &amp; procedures and the NRC standards.<br \/>\nEnsure that all financial policies and procedures are followed in the unit i.e. confirmation, billing, private patients, stock, waste etc.<br \/>\nResponsible for leading the shift and for the supervision of all subcategories on the floor on a daily basis.<br \/>\nDemonstrate the National Renal Care Values and Caring the NRC Way.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Education And Experience Requirements: <\/strong><br \/>\n.Relevant qualification within a specialist area or equivalent NQF 7.<br \/>\n.Registration with the South African Nursing Council as a Registered Nurse\/ Midwife or Registration with HPCSA as a Clinical Technologist (Independent Practice)<br \/>\n.Experience in Renal Nursing will be a strong recommendation<br \/>\n.Capacity to implement and maintain standards of health practice required from all accredited bodies and appropriate health legislation.<br \/>\n.Must be able to work under pressure in a constantly changing environment<br \/>\n.Strong interpersonal skills required.<br \/>\n.Excellence orientation (concern for high quality of work)<br \/>\n.Strong customer orientation<br \/>\n.Team Player<br \/>\n.Ethical behaviour (Honesty)<br \/>\n.Leadership ability<br \/>\n.Well organised<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/jb.skillsmapafrica.com\/Account\/Login?ReturnUrl=%2FCandidate%2FFullRegistration%3FJobKey%3Da04b4143db6c41c5a51cfad2ae90da06%26isApplication%3D1&amp;ReturnUrlWithProfile=%2FJob%2FIndex%2F47325%3FAutoApply%3DTrue\"><strong>Click Here!<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong> 15\/03\/2021<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>National Renal Care has grown and evolved into the leading total kidney and disease management organisation in South Africa.
