\n\u2022Develop an integrated sales & marketing plan
\n\u2022Implement and align marketing plan with regional plan and submit to management
\n\u2022Review and update strategic plan on a regular basic
\n\u2022Compile report on progress made on strategic plan
\n\u2022Communicate strategic plan to sales representatives
\n2.Perform recruitment and selection process for sales representative
\n\u2022Advertise and market representative positions through presentations
\n\u2022Select applicants in accordance with FSCA requirements implementation of assessment selection battery<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Facilitate the pre-course and post-course training
\n\u2022Responsible for on-the-job assessment of representatives<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Give technical support and motivation to representatives
\n\u2022Coach representatives on improving their selling skills
\n\u2022Provide recognition through performance management system<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Ensure brokers are equipped with sufficient office documentation e.g. application forms
\n\u2022Handle administration queries on behalf of dedicated brokers
\n\u2022Check business methods of dedicated brokers and advise accordingly
\n\u2022Update brokers on Assupol products and services regularly
\n\u2022Ensure computer software of brokers are up to date in respect of Assupol products and services
\n\u2022Build professional business relationships with brokers<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Identify, penetrate and develop new markets
\n\u2022Negotiate stop order markets
\n\u2022Maintain contacts with key decision makers and insurance industry resources (new and existing)
\n\u2022Retain and increase market share in existing markets
\n\u2022Manage the business retention
\n\u2022Conduct products presentations in the market<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Ensure and monitor set production targets are achieved
\n\u2022 Maintain business retention<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Supervise representative when rendering services under supervision
\n\u2022Submit supervision evidence to MSSI on a monthly basis
\n\u2022Mentor and train supervisee to ensure that they have a proper understanding of products
\n\u2022Observe meetings between representative and clients<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Matric
\n\u2022Relevant Qualification (recognised by the FSCA)<\/p>\n
