\n\u2022Develop, maintain and implement the marketing plan and compliance control systems in accordance with the company\u2019s standards and specifications
\n\u2022Implements company policies and procedures within the province
\n\u2022Managing, compiling and implementing performance standards
\n\u2022Liaise with internal and external clients
\n\u2022Determines market needs and tendencies
\n\u2022Prepares and recommends marketing objectives, policies and standards for approval.
\n\u2022Compiles monthly, quarterly and annual reports, recommendations and statistics.
\n\u2022Implement control systems and conduct audits to ensure adherence to policies and procedures
\n\u2022Actively participate with all relevant stakeholders to develop and improve relationships
\n\u2022Manage profitability of the region under control.
\n\u2022Determine and coordinate training needs.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Three (3) years marketing experience
\n\u2022Excellent communication and negotiation skills
\n\u2022A valid driver\u2019s license
\n\u2022Be prepared to travel
\n\u2022Knowledge of audit procedures will be an advantage<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Business and functional experience in the funeral industry will be an advantage
\n\u2022Marketing experience is essential
\n\u2022Good financial management experience will be a definite advantage<\/p>\n
