If you have a passion for sales and proven experience in the hygiene industry this position is for you.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022Drive message of quality, value and environmentally friendly products.<br \/>\n\u2022Pre-planning Weekly Sales Prospects.<br \/>\n\u2022Develop your own customer database.<br \/>\n\u2022Research potential new customers.<br \/>\n\u2022Service new and existing customers.<br \/>\n\u2022Meet agreed sales targets.<br \/>\n\u2022Filing reports on-line.<br \/>\n\u2022Maintain Service Records and Documentation.<br \/>\n\u2022Achieving daily and weekly call ratios to ensure targets are met.<br \/>\n\u2022Will be responsible to generate their own leads by means of cold calling.<br \/>\n\u2022Client site surveys and to supply solutions to the clients.<br \/>\n\u2022Preparing quotations\/proposals\/tenders and presentations.<br \/>\n\u2022Consolidate data in order to facilitate management reporting.<br \/>\n\u2022Develop and implement a growth strategy that focuses on specific market segments.<br \/>\n\u2022Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.<br \/>\n\u2022Negotiating sales and clinching business deals.<br \/>\n\u2022Initiate Invoicing &amp; Payment.<br \/>\n\u2022Conduct handing over of new contracts to operations.<br \/>\n\u2022Management of costs compared to budget.<br \/>\n\u2022Enhance own product knowledge in order to demonstrate products to customers<br \/>\n\u2022Develop focus in specific industry sectors.<br \/>\n\u2022Plan own time allocation, schedules and customer base.<br \/>\n\u2022Focus on value of offering \u2013 follow up with after sales service.<br \/>\n\u2022Improve and maintain standard of service.<br \/>\n\u2022Implement customer product training when required.<br \/>\n\u2022Present reports &#8211; sales trends, customer growth, customer issues.<br \/>\n\u2022Able to adapt to specific market.<br \/>\nRequirements<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022Matric<br \/>\n\u2022Chemical sales experience within the Food and Beverage Industry.<br \/>\n\u2022Open plant cleaning and CIP knowledge.<br \/>\n\u2022Willing and able to assist client during a night-shift audit, if and when needed.<br \/>\n\u2022Must be able to training internal and external clients at all levels.<br \/>\n\u20222- 3 years of experience in technical or specialized sales.<br \/>\n\u2022Proven track record in establishing and growing hygiene markets.<br \/>\n\u2022Excellent selling, communication, and strong negotiation skills.<br \/>\n\u2022Organized and structured \u2013 able to work independently.<br \/>\n\u2022Practical knowledge of the environment where products are used.<br \/>\n\u2022High level of accuracy and attention to detail.<br \/>\n\u2022Highly computer literate: Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.<br \/>\n\u2022Ability to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines.<br \/>\n\u2022High work standards, excellent communication skills, energetic and driven.<br \/>\n\u2022Must have a valid driver&#8217;s licence and own reliable vehicle.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Attributes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022Exceptional communicator both verbally and written.<br \/>\n\u2022Logical thinker as well as strategic and organized.<br \/>\n\u2022Exceptional interpersonal skills and must have the ability to build client relationships.<br \/>\n\u2022Ability to solve problems efficiently and to be pro-active in identifying potential problems.<br \/>\n\u2022Must be comfortable with the Ecowize culture and values; Respect, Honesty and Integrity, Teamwork, Accountability, Open Communication, and Service Excellence.<\/p>\n<p>Please ensure that you have the minimum job requirements, before applying.<\/p>\n<p>The Company is committed to complying with legislation and to meet its strategic goals with regard to employment equity.<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/jb.skillsmapafrica.com\/Account\/Login?ReturnUrl=%2FCandidate%2FFullRegistration%3FJobKey%3D15383cb0c7a2454d96a9af5f1886e194%26isApplication%3D1&amp;ReturnUrlWithProfile=%2FJob%2FIndex%2F46946%3FAutoApply%3DTrue\"><strong>Click Here!<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong> 29\/03\/2021<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ecowize is an international Hygiene and Sanitation company renowned for continuous improvement and technological innovation.
