\nTo coordinate the logistics, project processes and\/or activities (or part of a project) and events within STI department. Coordinate and facilitate various engagement activities across various platforms to ensure employee engagement throughout STI.<\/p>\n
\nPlan and deliver stakeholder engagement activities to develop effective project working relationships and to ensure that stakeholder needs and concerns are identified and met.<\/p>\n
\nProduce, update and provide best practice support on a wide range of MS documents, databases and other departmental systems to support the work of more senior colleagues and use own discretion to help improve processes. Create, organize and maintain files containing the correspondence and records.<\/p>\n
\nPrepare and coordinate the completion of various data and analytics reports.<\/p>\n
\nCollate and analyze data using pre-set tools, methods and formats. Involves working independently.<\/p>\n
\nHelp others get the most out of internal communications systems by offering support and advice.<\/p>\n
\nArrange both virtual and physical events to ensure the smooth running of various employee engagement events.<\/p>\n
\nAssign short-term work schedules to various internal and external stakeholders in order to achieve expectations while following established timelines.<\/p>\n
\nMaintain assigned portals\/websites using content creation and management tools as well as digital media to ensure that technical continuity is maintained and development standards met.<\/p>\n
\nGeneral Education:<\/strong>
\nMatric\/ Grade 12 or a equivalent SAQA accredited qualification (Essential);
\nDegree\/Diploma in marketing or project management or similar ( advantageous)<\/p>\n
\n2 years experience in events co-ordination or project management (Essential)<\/p>\n
\nSAQA Accredited Equivalent – It is the onus of the applicant to provide TIH and its subsidiaries with certified evidence that their qualification(s) meet the equivalent NQF level required for this role at time of application.
