\n.Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting process.
\n.Production and Review of County, Holding company and SPV monthly financial statements
\n.Balance sheet attestation subsidiaries .
\n.Annual Reporting of Holding company and SPV.
\n.Production of monthly segment reporting.
\n.Geographic rebalancing analysis – South, East and West Africa.
\n.Monthly products reporting.
\n.Product Diversification analysis – core\/ non core products.
\n.Monthly country performance dashboards.
\n.Country month on month income statement and balance sheet analysis.
\n.Detailed monthly cost analysis.<\/p>\n
\n.Degree in Accounting\/Finance or equivalent. CA\/CPA\/ACCA\/ACA.
\n.A minimum of 10 years in a Finance role.
\n.Member in good standing of a professional body.
\n.Strong knowledge of financial reporting and analysis.
\n.Strong all-round knowledge in financial services with in-depth understanding of various banking products and services.
\n.Knowledge and understanding of current issues relating to the financial systems and service delivery.
\n.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
\n.Strong understanding of accounting standards.
\n.Possess excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
\n.Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
\n.Demonstrated history of solving multiple and complex operational and reporting challenges.<\/p>\n
