\n\u2022Take accountability for operationalizing Lean Management and continuous improvement regionally
\n\u2022Responsible and accountable for value stream mapping and production cell evaluation
\n\u2022Responsible for the development and implementation of operational excellence metrics directly related to the scope of responsibilities, including improving reporting processes.
\n\u2022Collaborates with leadership cross-functionally to ensure effective execution of improvement projects and realization of EBITDA impact
\n\u2022Responsible for maintaining the Lean toolkit: value stream mapping, problem solving, Kaizen, heijunka, fish bone analysis, etc through establishing and supporting organizational structures including: steering group\/s and working groups regionally
\n\u2022Responsible to provide post implementation reviews of all initiatives operationalized to Senior management
\n\u2022Responsible for successful implementation of strategic projects and embedment of new way of work post project completion.
\n\u2022Responsible for maintaining quality control capabilities and quality standards as per SARB requirements and the Quality Division
\n\u2022Compile reports for process monitoring for team meetings
\n\u2022Provide input and maintain the end to end process metrics.
\n\u2022Take part in ADHOC projects and benefits
\n\u2022Active participation of plans to reduce SARB and Business losses manuals and standards<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Supports business with continuity planning by providing direct consultation with the Lean leadership teams regionally
\n\u2022Collaborate with Change Analysts to ensure the element of change management is extensively covered
\n\u2022Coach Centre leaders to lead region under the Lean Operating System using defined tools and methods driving continuous improvement activities and results.
\n\u2022Drive a learning culture that embraces standardized work, information flow, problem solving, strategy deployment and continuous improvement
\n\u2022Provide feedback at team meetings in terms of the regional progress of the implementation of a lean culture
\nProvide leadership to employees within the organisation, creating a winning culture and high morale
\nLead as an Ambassador and executor of Change
\n\u2022Act as a change management architect in periods of change to ensure continuity to operations
\n\u2022Manage the integration of CIT and Processing into a seamless end to end solution for customers
\n\u2022Effectively communicate and embed new processes and procedures as they occur addressing or escalating matters \/ concerns to the SME\u2019s (subject matter experts) when required
\n\u2022Facilitate the necessary presentations, workshops or forums in order to ensure consistent and accurate communication is given across one\u2019s centre\/s<\/p>\n
