\nAnalysis of the marketplace as well as possible designing of a market strategy based on their product offering and relative to the client base demographics
\nSearching for and capitalizing on new product opportunities positioning and branding for the respective product range in client stores
\nTogether with respective Brand or Category managers, developing product launch programs as well as formulation of customer days or product awareness campaigns within the client portfolio
\nLiaising with Senior Management and ensuring that sales targets are met
\nAnalysing current marketplace and ensuring feedback is given regarding important market and competitive information
\nTraining clients on products as and when required
\nExecuting sales strategies
\nGenerating new leads and developing existing customers
\nResponding to customer enquiries
\nAchieving high sales targets and goals
\nBuilding new business relationships using existing industry contacts
\nWhen required, giving sales presentations to various levels of audiences
\nManaging employer\u2019s expectations, client relationships and providing these with excellent service and support
\nProviding feedback regarding suggestions for improvement and market research
\nAbility to deal with and respond to high volumes of emails
\nAs and when required, liaising with any business partner regarding exhibitions\/ customers\u2019 day etc of any type with reference to ACDC Dynamics and attends these events and or arranging these events
\nQuotation formulation and follow up of these
\nAttending Sales Meetings and providing the necessary information\/ statistics etc
\nPlanning as well as submission of weekly calls and reporting on weekly activities
\nCustomer account maintenance
\nAttending of ad hoc training sessions<\/p>\n
\nValid Drivers License
\nOwn car essential
\nExperience knowledge in an Electrical manufacturing\/sales environment
\nAn Electrical or similar technical qualification will be advantageous.
\n3 to 5 years\u2019 in related sales function
\nProven marketing and sales competencies and ability to analyse market and set new strategy
\nAbility to establish new markets\/ establish new business relationships and train clients on products
\nPreferably bilingual in English, and Afrikaans
\nAble to commence employment immediately
\nA stable work record, and have contactable references
\nPlease note you will be required to work Retail Hours: Monday to Thursday 07h30 \u2013 17h00 and Fridays until 16h30
\nSaturdays (per roster schedule) and Public Holidays if required
\nMatric Certificate
\nA willingness to represent the Company in a responsible manner, promoting and maintaining a professional image at all times
