We are looking for a Recruiter & HR Assistant to support our Human Resources Team. You will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners.<\/p>\n

\nResponsibilities will include scheduling calls and interviews, maintaining candidate database, and handling paperwork. The focus will be to help the company to hire efficiently and keep the hiring process running.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Screen all applicant CVs to compile an active applicant pool weekly.
\n\u2022Organize, compile, update applicant records and database.
\n\u2022Schedule Interviews and conduct interviews according to the Company Recruitment Standards.
\n\u2022Ensure appointment document is completed and sent to payroll on-time.
\n\u2022Answer applicant\u2019 questions and provide requested information.
\n\u2022Maintain schedule and coordinate calendar activities.
\n\u2022Assist recruiters in posting job ads on careers pages and processing received resumes.
\n\u2022Answer telephone calls and provide needed information.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022HR qualification, or studying toward IOP or HR.
\n\u2022Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are essential.<\/p>\n
\n\u20223 Years Recruitment experience is essential.
\n\u2022Must have the ability to work additional hours and be flexible with working hours as requested.
\n\u2022Responsive and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
\n\u2022Dynamic self-starter.
\n\u2022Accurate and meticulous.
\n\u2022Great attention to detail.
\n\u2022Good problem-solving ability.
\n\u2022Ability to work independently.
\n\u2022Good planning and time management skills.
\n\u2022Customer-centric with good interpersonal and communication skills.
\n\u2022Ability to work under pressure in an extremely deadline-driven environment.
