Job Title: GSE Barman \u2013 Qunu Falls Lodge<\/strong>
\nLocation:<\/strong> Ixopo, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa

\nContract Type:<\/strong> Permanent<\/p>\n

Job Summary:<\/strong>
\nKey Performance Areas: The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
\n\u2022 Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
\n\u2022 Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
\n\u2022 Assess customers\u2019 needs and preferences and make recommendations
\n\u2022 Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
\n\u2022 Plan and present bar menu
\n\u2022 Check customers\u2019 identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
\n\u2022 Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
\n\u2022 Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
\n\u2022 Comply with all food and beverage regulations<\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/strong>
\nPosition Requirements:<\/strong>
\n\u2022 High level of communication skills \u2013 both written and verbal
\n\u2022 Must be computer literate
\n\u2022 Numerical efficient
\n\u2022 Friendly, approachable with some form of client experience
\n\u2022 Ability to handle complaints in a courteous manner
\n\u2022 Previous bar experience will be an advantage
\n\u2022 Single accommodation available<\/p>\n
