\nThe Areas Manager is responsible for growing our footprint in the Free State Area. They will be the lead point of contact for all key client matters, anticipate the client\u2019s needs, work within the company to ensure deadlines for the client are met, and help the client succeed.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Develop a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and the company.
\n\u2022Resolving customer issues and complaints.
\n\u2022Manage the Once-off Teams.
\n\u2022Attend monthly meetings to discuss all aspects of the site such as progress reports, client feedback and team performance, aggregate hygiene reports, and budgets.
\n\u2022Use information obtained at the site to complete inspections, micros, audits, and customer feedback.
\n\u2022Conduct and report meetings with the Site Manager and Supervisors.
\n\u2022Draft compliance reports for the various sites.
\n\u2022Growth of New Business streams through Cross-Selling and Up-Selling.
\n\u2022Negotiating contracts with the client and establishing a timeline of performance.
\n\u2022Support and Engagement with Marketing on Sales and Customer requirements.
\n\u2022Meeting all customer needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines.
\n\u2022Drive message of quality, value, and environmentally friendly products.
\n\u2022Pre-planning Weekly Sales Prospects.
\n\u2022Develop your own customer database.
\n\u2022Meet monthly sales targets.
\n\u2022Filing reports on-line.
\n\u2022Maintain Service Records and Documentation.
\n\u2022Will be responsible to generate their own leads by means of cold calling.
\n\u2022Preparing quotations\/proposals\/tenders and presentations.
\n\u2022Initiate Invoicing & Payment.
\n\u2022Conduct handing over of new contracts to operations.
\n\u2022Management of costs compared to budget.
\n\u2022Enhance own product knowledge in order to demonstrate products to customers, and any training requirements.
\n\u2022Develop focus in specific industry sectors.
\n\u2022Improve and maintain the standard of service.
\n\u2022Implement customer product training when required.
\n\u2022Present reports – sales trends, customer growth, customer issues.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Relevant diploma or equivalent.
\n\u2022At least 8 years\u2019 previous work experience in sales, management, key account management, or relevant experience.
\n\u2022At least 5 years\u2019 experience in the cleaning industry (experience in the Pest and Hygiene Industry will be advantageous).
\n\u2022Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions.
\n\u2022Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
\n\u2022Goal-oriented, organized team player.
\n\u2022Self-motivated and self-directed.
\n\u2022Excellent interpersonal relationship skills.
\n\u2022In-depth understanding of company key clients and their position in the industry.
\n\u2022Eager to expand the company with new sales, clients, and territories.

\n\u2022Basic computer skills, and experience with CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on superior Excel skills.
