Job Summary: Internal Sales Administrator – LM<\/strong> Job Summary:<\/strong><\/p>\n Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails. Understanding customer needs and requirements. Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure. Administration of proposals of the ACDC product range, Sales and Client maintenance with Franchises, Franchise Customer Care and Relationships<\/p>\n RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/strong><\/p>\n Following up and contacting special projects. Following process up until handing over to external salesperson<\/p>\n Training to be attended (To attend 4 official training sessions per annum)<\/p>\n Sending feedback to Supervisor when a rep is required to visit someone on the quote report.<\/p>\n Negotiating and closing sales (includes requesting discount to convert sales)<\/p>\n Prepare quotes for Franchise stores and attend to their queries.<\/p>\n Quoting on inbound call centre, following the sales process to invoice stage<\/p>\n Processing telephonic, e-mail and external representative sales orders<\/p>\n Managing R100k-R199k and R200k \u2013 R499k quote reports. Providing detailed feedback and liaising with both customers and sales staff<\/p>\n Up and Cross selling including promotion of specials and advising clients of alternatives.<\/p>\n Building and maintaining customer relationships<\/p>\n Processing telephonic, e-mail and external representative sales orders<\/p>\n Request stock via Back Order Clerk to complete orders<\/p>\n Daily, Weekly, and monthly reporting.<\/p>\n Queries and general admin<\/p>\n Following up on Quotes and Tenders, resolving complaints<\/p>\n Answering incoming calls & mails<\/p>\n Back-order follow ups.<\/p>\n Develop own competencies required for daily functions.<\/p>\n Sales target to be reached monthly, subject to budget and target review by the Company.<\/p>\n Advise technical information.<\/p>\n Resolving complaints expeditiously<\/p>\n Defuse irate customer situations and provide feasible solutions.<\/p>\n Liaising with clients and relevant departments on ETA’s & back orders<\/p>\n Maintain professionalism when interacting with customers, fellow staff, and management.<\/p>\n Searching for and capitalizing on new product opportunities positioning and branding for the respective product range in stores and franchises<\/p>\n REQUIREMENTS:<\/strong><\/p>\n .Experience with South African National Standards<\/p>\n .Experience knowledge in an Electrical manufacturing\/sales environment<\/p>\n .An Electrical or similar technical qualification will be advantageous.<\/p>\n .3 to 5 years in related sales function<\/p>\n .Admin or similar role experience\/ Inbound Sales<\/p>\n .Knowledge of AccPac will be an advantage.<\/p>\n .Excellent telephone etiquette<\/p>\n .Preferably bilingual in English, and Afrikaans<\/p>\n .Reside in or around Eastrand area<\/p>\n .A stable work record and have contactable references.<\/p>\n .Please note you will be required to work these Hours: Monday to Thursday 07h30 \u2013 17h00 and Fridays until 16h00<\/p>\n .Matric Certificate<\/p>\n .A willingness to represent the Company in a responsible manner, always promoting and maintaining a professional image.<\/p>\n .Appearing well presented and neat<\/p>\n .Customer focussed with the desire to provide a complete \u201cend-to-end\u201d service by going the extra mile.<\/p>\n
