Job Title: National Head: Digital Sales -Educor (Pinetown)<\/strong>

Job Summary:<\/strong>
\nThe National Head: Digital Sales will be responsible for leading the team of call centre sales representatives to better performance and improve sales and service quality.<\/p>\n

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022Establish the sales call centre objectives, provide representatives with opportunities to expand their knowledge of services, products
\n\u2022Ensure staff members are achieving set targets and taking corrective action
\n\u2022Prepare reports and analyze call centre data to improve processes, lead conversion and ensure resources are properly allocated
\n\u2022Maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction
\n\u2022Troubleshooting techniques, analyze call centre data, and focus on improving sales performance and processes
\n\u2022Exceptional communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
\n\u2022Hire, train, prepare and motivate staff members to provide excellent service
\n\u2022Set objectives and analyze call centre metrics
\n\u2022Ensure call centre sales staff meet targets and provide reliable, efficient support to customers<\/p>\n

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022Matric\/Grade 12
\n\u2022Relevant tertiary qualification
\n\u2022Strong sales background within a call centre environment
\n\u2022Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure, especially during peak hours and intense situations
\n\u2022Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, problem solving, verbal and written communication and conflict resolution skills
\n\u2022Knowledge of management principles
\n\u2022Strong coaching and leadership skills, ability to motivate employees
\n\u2022Decisiveness and attention to detail
\n\u2022Proficiency with necessary technology, including computers, software applications and phone systems<\/p>\n
