Greenpeace is an International NGO founded in 1971, when a small boat of volunteers and journalists sailed into Amchitka, an area north of Alaska where the US government was conducting underground nuclear tests. It was an act of rebellion against seemingly impossible odds. Greenpeace Africa became a registered NGO in 2008. The Head Office is in South Africa and registered Hubs in Kenya, Democratic Republic of Congo, Cameroon and Senegal.<\/p>\n

Job Title: Board Members<\/strong> Job Summary: <\/strong> GPAf seek Africans who have the requisite skills, knowledge, experience and influence to drive forward the aims and objectives of GPAf. \n.Sound knowledge in fundraising strategies in Africa
\n.Risk assessment expert or forecaster

\n.Strong writing and research skills
\n.Public relations\/Communications expert
\n.Finance, accounting and financial management
\n.Human resources management and development
\n.Legal background
