\nCoordinate and drive BAU projects
\n\u2022Drive BAU projects implementation in alignment with SBV processes and following the governance process as stipulated by PMO.
\n\u2022Responsible to analyse the various priorities and impacts across Operations to drive the adoption of BAU projects within agreed timeframes
\n\u2022Facilitate engagement with and across stake holders to ensure delivery of results
\n\u2022To support the various divisions on planning and reporting on a monthly or quarterly basis on any running project.
\n\u2022Managing and maintaining the data base (i.e. minimum requirements, conformance to governance, changing control processes) for BAU initiatives in operations.
\n\u2022Negotiate sufficient resources from within Operations and other groups as appropriate in order to execute on projects.
\n\u2022Effectively set and communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.
\n\u2022Define project success criteria and communicate to team throughout project life cycle.
\n\u2022Develop business specifications and hand it over to technical team for system developmentBe the Ops SME to partner with Change Management Department and change agents within SBV to craft, deliver and follow through on communication of BAU initiatives.
\n\u2022Plan and lead information sharing sessions to enable the various teams during the various phases of the BAU projects.
\n\u2022Responsible to identify risks and associated mitigating factors to minimize exposure of project risks, bringing together the applicable stakeholders where applicable.
\n\u2022Accountable to set targets and track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion and business benefit realisation
\n\u2022Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with teams as well as other allocated staff members
\n\u2022Accountable for the post implementation and transition close out for BAU Initiatives through:
\noConduct project post-mortems and create recommendations in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
\noCreate a repository of lessons learnt per project incorporating this input into the start of each new project
\noEngineers and delivers a comprehensive and seamless project post-implementation transition.
\n\u2022Creates a conducive environment which translates into productivity and high morale within SBV
\n\u2022Inspire one\u2019s direct \/ indirect team to deliver on key performance areas
\n\u2022Adhere to legislative requirements and Group policies and procedures<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Creates, maintains, and updates project documentation including work plans and status reports submitting weekly dashboards to the Ops Steerco
\n\u2022Build and monitor insights within linked to the Projects in partnership with the PMC, BI team and Reporting specialists
\n\u2022Drive the management, analysis and communication of key data and management information linked to projects.
\n\u2022Developing reports and maintaining the Operations SteerCO and MANCO packs for the respective meetings
\n\u2022Identifying gaps and engagement opportunities between DM\u2019s and GM\u2019s
\n\u2022To create a collective view on all operations divisions reporting to distribute at MANCO meetings
\n\u2022Summarize and analyse internal information ensuring compliance to an SLA or industry requirement
\n\u2022Analyze and define specifications for enhancements in performance of existing business system e.g Incentive scheme\/Power BI data analysis
\n\u2022Work closely with applicable stakeholders to drive and leverage off technology to create the visualization of value add data from a single source of truth<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Create an annual calendar of meetings for the Senior Leadership forums within Operations, for example: Steerco\u2019s Manco\u2019s etc.
\n\u2022Draft the Terms of reference for each of the forums and providing guidance at each forum in relation to the set out governance.
\n\u2022Compile the minutes, actions plans, and Portfolio\u2019s of Evidence in accordance with the terms of reference for each forum.
\n\u2022Distribution of meeting minutes and agendas prior to the next meeting
\n\u2022Proactively manage targets and millstones of the Strategic objectives by ensuring alignment eg: Ops Scorecard and POE
\n\u2022Support and coordinate deliverables of the Operations Manco & Steerco
\n\u2022Quarterly maintenance of scorecard deliverables, receiving the proof of portfolio evidence from DM\u2019s, collating it for review by COO.
\n\u2022Provide support to DM\u2019s and regional team with compilation of material\/briefing packs for the respective meetings e.g. Ops SteerCO
\n\u2022Operationalizing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and highlighting strategic impacts
\n\u2022Compilation of various presentations for consumption by Executives and Boards<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Provide leadership to employees within the organisation, creating a winning culture and high morale
\n\u2022Initiate and lead a culture of performance driven output through shared purpose vision and values<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Identify and mitigate all risks within a project, providing visibility on a consistent basis
\n\u2022Provide input towards the BCM plan and disaster recovery process to ensure availability, integrity, security and confidentiality
\n\u2022Drive the delivery and approval of all project governance linked to the projects you are delivering. Should it not be a registered project with a project manager, draft, obtain approval and record \/ file all documentation
\n\u2022Manage and maintain a central database for all internal processes, contracts, documents, etc
\n\u2022To track SLA review feedback and ensure updates are maintained according to agreements with stake holders
\n\u2022Drive the resolution of operational issues, creating and managing deliverables and ensuring consistency of implemented governance processes and programs.
\n\u2022Implementation of governance programmes or framework in line with steerco requirement<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Drive Continuous Improvement
\n\u2022Prioritize multiple demands\/projects simultaneously while maintaining good working relationships with business leaders \/ regional team
\n\u2022Support with planning and reporting in respect of quarterly\/monthly and weekly review meetings and updates to material as needed
\n\u2022Design and embed efficient business processes and drive continuous improvement of working practices to maximise the efficiency<\/p>\n
