\nManage the project goals to ensure change initiatives within projects meet planned objectives timeously and in line with budget requirements. Coordinate change management activities and tasks that maximize employee adoption and usage to minimize resistance to the change initiative and contribute to organization\u2019s benefits realization.<\/p>\n
\nTake responsibility for developing and delivering on change projects within an established change management plan and achieving outcomes for the organization.<\/p>\n
\nAct as a business partner to important internal customers and manage relationships with them, while taking guidance from senior colleagues. Act as \u201csubject matter expert\u201d to whom operating staff can be referred to prior, during and after the implementation of a project.<\/p>\n
\nUse data from a wide range of sources to analyze key themes and identify possible impacts on the business. Facilitate all HR related activities that will include change readiness assessments. Document the feedback from these assessments. Drive the Impact Assessment. Document operational issues identified by SME\u2019s during the impact assessment. Obtain and document appropriate corrective action to address issues from SME\u2019s. Conduct postimplementation reviews to validate the results of the change.<\/p>\n
\nDevelop short- or medium-term work schedules in order to achieve planned commitments.<\/p>\n
\nCreate and ensure compliance with a company wide document management system.<\/p>\n
\nReview existing operations in own area of work and implement innovation processes to generate new ideas and ensure continuous improvements are delivered.<\/p>\n
\nPriorities own workflow and ensure work is completed to the required standards of productivity, quality and timeliness; use performance management systems to improve personal performance.<\/p>\n
\nProduce, update and provide best practice support on complex MS documents, databases and other departmental systems, advising colleagues when needed, and using own expertise to help improve processes.<\/p>\n
\nDevelop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching; gain or maintain external professional accreditation where relevant to improve performance and fulfill personal potential. Maintain an in-depth understanding of technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media.<\/p>\n
\nGeneral Education:<\/strong>
\nGrade 12\/ SAQA Accredited Equivalent (Essential);
\nRelevant 3 year Business related \/ Industrial Psychology degree \/ diploma (Essential)<\/p>\n
\n3 or more years’ experience working with change management practices (Essential);
\nOperational experience in the Insurance sector (Advantageous);
\nProject management experience (Advantageous)<\/p>\n
