\nThe main purpose of this position\/job is to support the Executive Director with the successful coordination and execution of projects as well as collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure a smooth flow of such projects.<\/p>\n
\n\u25cfManaging projects in the Office of the Executive Director from end to end;
\n\u25cfCoordinating the exchange of information and decisions emanating from each project with relevant stakeholders including following up on action items;
\n\u25cfPlanning, researching and writing reports and proposals for different stakeholders on behalf of the Executive Director;
\n\u25cfPlanning resources including human resources for each project;
\n\u25cfDeveloping and monitoring the budget for each project<\/p>\n
\n\u25cfExcellent project management skills;
\n\u25cfExcellent communication skills \u2013 written and spoken English with experience in drafting high quality correspondence, proposals and reports and presentation skills;
\n\u25cfAbove average computer skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, emails, etc);
\n\u25cfEvidence of experience in establishing and managing digital information, keeping records and managing databases;
\n\u25cfSound evidence of strong problem solving ability and initiative ability skills;
\n\u25cfAbility to compile a high level research document when provided information as well as initiative of how to find such information required to complete high level report;
\n\u25cfEvidence of experience in multi-tasking under continual pressure to deliver;
\n\u25cfAbility to communicate with people at all levels and across the Academy\u2019s internal and external stakeholders (Board, Executive, staff in general);

\nRequirements
\n\u25cfBachelor\u2019s degree in Social Sciences or related field;
\n\u25cfA recognized Project Management qualification;
\n\u25cf3-5 years\u2019 experience in a similar role;
\n\u25cfExperience in coordinating\/ supervising or managing a project team and evidence of drafting project plans
\n\u25cfProven research, report and proposal writing experience;
\n\u25cfProven project management experience;
\n\u25cfEvidence of experience in establishing and managing digital information, keeping records and managing databases;
