\nResponsibilities include:<\/strong>
\n\u2022Facilitate dissemination and implementation of the National VMMC QA guidelines
\n\u2022Conduct audit on the training needs of the regional and district officials on QA for the VMMC programme
\n\u2022Facilitate the development, training and mentoring of district\/facility CQI teams
\n\u2022Liaise with contracted VMMC partners for training needs and respond to the identified needs
\n\u2022Enroll trainees and moderate the VMMC Online Training Hub (OTH)
\n\u2022Ensure the development and dissemination of QA job aids and SOPs for all VMMC sites.
\n\u2022Be a moderator for the implementation of the VMMC OTH
\n\u2022Facilitate training of VMMC providers on CQI, VMMC and other trainings
\n\u2022Conduct CQI assessment in all VMMC sites
\n\u2022Develop CQI dashboard to monitor CQI implementation in VMMC sites
\n\u2022Monitor the follow up of poor performing VMMC sites
\n\u2022Work closely with the National VMMC programme manager in monitoring and addressing adverse events nationally<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Produce monthly adverse events report
\n\u2022Audit report on Zonal training needs
\n\u2022Updated database of trained QA\/CQI officials in province\/districts
\n\u2022CQI dashboard with CQI assessment report
\n\u2022Report on certification of doctors\/nurses\/ health assistants (as well as those qualified through the Online Training Hub)
\n\u2022Quarterly CQI
\n\u2022Monthly reports on CQI activities<\/p>\n
\nQualifications & Experience:<\/strong>
\n\u2022Bachelor\u2019s degree in Nursing Science (with registration with the HPCNA), Health Science, Social Science or related fields
\n\u2022At least 3 years\u2019 experience in training administration or coordination
\n\u2022At least 2 years\u2019 experience in quality assurance
\n\u2022At least 2 years\u2019 experience in VMMC or other HIV prevention programmes
\n\u2022General knowledge of the dynamics of the HIV epidemic
\n\u2022Project Management Training including Quality assurance
\n\u2022Strong leadership skills with the ability to plan, organize, coordinate and implement work inputs from several sources and partners and manage the simultaneous delivery of multiple outputs required
\n\u2022Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work accurately under pressure and maintain a high standard of professionalism
\n\u2022Computer literacy and strong computer skills
\n\u2022Valid driver\u2019s license and ability to travel in-country<\/p>\n
