Job Title: Legal Services Manager<\/strong> Job Summary:<\/strong><\/p>\n The following opportunity exists in the Head Office situated in Pretoria, Gauteng to be filled by an individual with the relevant skills, drive, competencies, qualifications.<\/p>\n Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the successful candidate will be responsible for the effective and efficient management of the legal services unit, whose role is to provide legal advisory services and ensuring effective management of legal and contractual risks for SANSA.<\/p>\n Requirements:<\/strong> \u2022 At least 5 years legal experience, ideally in a public sector entity, with a proven track record in providing accurate and effective legal counsel \u2022 Proven record of adding value to an organisation through the development of comprehensive contract documents that mitigate risks and penalties \u2022 An LLB degree \u2022 A Master\u2019s degree\/and space law qualification will be an added advantage \u2022 Good Responsibilities will include but not limited to:<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 Management and leadership Please NOTE that the appointment will be on a level commensurate with qualifications and experience.
