{"id":63043,"date":"2021-04-22T08:40:15","date_gmt":"2021-04-22T06:40:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/?p=63043"},"modified":"2021-04-22T08:11:30","modified_gmt":"2021-04-22T06:11:30","slug":"letshego-holdings-limited-recent-job-recruitment","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/letshego-holdings-limited-recent-job-recruitment.html","title":{"rendered":"Letshego Holdings Limited Recent Job Recruitment"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>To ensure all operational, accounting processes and controls are effective for timely, accurate, efficient and payroll processing.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Payroll Business Partner<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong> Gaborone, South East, Botswana<br \/>\n<strong>Reference #:<\/strong> Payroll Business Partner<br \/>\n<strong>Contract Type:<\/strong> Permanent<br \/>\n<strong>Salary:<\/strong> Market Related<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary:<\/strong><br \/>\nParticipates in defining the overall strategy and vision for payroll function to improve automation while ensuring accurate, timely, secured, and compliant payroll processing.<br \/>\nOversees all facets of daily time keeping and payroll operations, ensuring compliance with corporate as well as relevant laws, policies and regulations<br \/>\nParticipates in creating and oversee the development, implementation and maintenance of payroll processes, policies, and objectives with a focus on short- and long-term planning<br \/>\nDevelops strong client and stakeholder relationships and implement effective communication programs to transform payroll support model<br \/>\nEstablishes and maintains exceptional business relationships with other corporate teams including HR, Legal, Tax, Treasury, Finance, Audit, Compliance and IT<br \/>\nImplements payroll governance, internal controls and process documentation while striving for increased efficiency and effectiveness<br \/>\nProvides subject matter expertise to support system integration and configuration requirements<br \/>\nPlans and coordinates the production and distribution of all employee tax statements and notifications<br \/>\nAttends to audit payroll procedures to include earnings, garnishments, tax withholding, and absence processing globally and ensure compliance with organizational procedures and internal controls<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements: <\/strong><br \/>\nDegree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources or related field<br \/>\nA minimum of 3 years\u2019 experience in a similar role in an organisation with +\/-1000 employees.<br \/>\nFinancial Services experience is advantageous.<br \/>\nDeep knowledge of payroll and payroll tax laws, regulations, principles and procedures<br \/>\nKnowledge of how payroll function to maximize automation, scalability and cost effectiveness<br \/>\nWorking knowledge of technology-based enhancements and new ERP payroll solutions<br \/>\nProven ability to think and act strategically, analytically and with operational and control discipline<br \/>\nExceptional communication skills with ability<br \/>\nAttention to detail and strong technical skills<br \/>\nAbility to Maintain the highest levels of confidentiality<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/jb.skillsmapafrica.com\/Account\/Login?ReturnUrl=%2FCandidate%2FFullRegistration%3FJobKey%3D1a6ae454e89b4740b2401a448a1a8156%26isApplication%3D1&amp;ReturnUrlWithProfile=%2FJob%2FIndex%2F48898%3FAutoApply%3DTrue\"><strong>Click Here!<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong> 04\/05\/2021<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>To ensure all operational, accounting processes and controls are effective for timely, accurate, efficient and payroll processing. &nbsp;
